The South Shuswap is one of the most beautiful parts of Canada. We are part of the North Okanagan – Shuswap riding that sweeps across Columbia-Shuswap, Central Kootenay and North Okanagan. Residents and voters in our riding share the wide range of social, economic and political issues that many others across Canada also face. The South Shuswap Region includes Sorrento, Blind Bay, White Lake, Tappen, Sunnybrae, Eagle Bay, Notch Hill and the surrounding area.
Please come to a federal election all-candidates’ debate on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Shuswap Lake Estates Community Centre, 2405 Centennial Drive, Blind Bay. Doors open at 6 pm so that you can meet and mingle with the candidates, then the forum begins at 6.309 pm.
This is a non-partisan event sponsored by two organizations that care about our communities: the South Shuswap Chamber of Commerce and the Sorrento Centre Retreat and Conference Centre.
