The Rev. Dr. Lynne E. McNaughton was elected the 10th Bishop of the Diocese of Kootenay at an electoral synod earlier today. The Sorrento Centre joins with others across the Anglican Church in congratulating and welcoming our new Bishop-elect. We also thank the others who put their names forward as candidates. The Diocese of Kootenay is the home diocese for the Sorrento Centre.
