The Shadowlands: A Winter Solstice offering… Music, Meditation and Musing
The night overcomes the day.
The darkness dominates the light.
The Winter Solstice is an invitation into the shadowlands of our individual and collective experience
ZOOM ONLINE Tuesday, December 21, 2021 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Join us for this quiet, reflective gathering of shadow-work in a time of pandemic. Together we seek to integrate our negative emotions, fear, mistrust, guilt, resentment, enemy-making, injustice and violence. We trust in the process of becoming whole people and healing our relationships and communities by means of honesty and deeper authenticity. We will consider how to fully reclaim the disowned parts of ourselves and our society.
A team of guides will create a safe space with the arts of meditation, breath-work, poetry, music, soulful conversation and energy healing.
This event is co-hosted by the Naramata Centre and the Sorrento Centre and will be held online and by donation for Sorrento and Naramata Centres
