The culinary offerings of our Food Services Department are being revised as we explore farm-to-table possibilities both with our own organic farm and other local farmers in the area.

The experiment begins…to find a happy medium temperature for both cold and hot-loving vegetables...we have planted snow & snap peas, cherry tomatoes, little cabbage, broccoli, romaine & leaf lettuce, mushrooms!
